tips and ideas for productive planning
This Tuesday Tip isn't a subject we enjoy talking about - no one does - but it has to be figured out before wedding day or you leave your parents, bridal party, coordinator or all of the above scrambling trying to get your things loaded up and out of your reception venue.
Below is a list of things that are commonly left at the end of the night to take care of {when everyone is exhausted, mind you}. It is a good idea to have a plan for who will take these items with them when the reception is over.
Many of these items aren't part of the setup earlier in the day {food, cakes, flowers, gifts} so no one really thinks about how to get these items home. We strongly suggest compiling a list like the one above and assigning these items to someone - or several people - to take with them. This way, everyone knows what to expect at the end of the night and what their job will be in breaking everything down. {Photo via Studio Uma}
