We are a set of dreamers who love a great gathering. We understand that while trends come and go, the art of gathering folks together is simply timeless. Curating a space with dashing design and impeccable details comes second to the true reason for an event. What we ultimately plan are the most important days in life that are to be cherished forever.
All Things Planned was established in 2010 and has been carefully built on a foundation that each client be treated like family. This approach ensures the best possible planning experience for each celebration we are part of. We take pride in providing prompt responses and find joy in giving clients comfort with careful handling of their most precious days.
We are proud to be among the most established wedding + event planning firms in Texas and to serve our clients as Bryan, College Station wedding planners and coordinators here in the Brazos Valley. It is an honor to be repeated recipients of the Wedding Wire Couples' Choice Awards and to be the exclusive coordinators for 7F Lodge since 2018. ATP was the inaugural team of coordinators to serve over 350 wonderful couples at Peach Creek Ranch from 2017 to 2020.

Amy Rodriguez is a Bryan | College Station native and graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. As Lead Planner, Amy meets with all active and potential clients, oversees the planning process for each event and manages the ATP brand. Having local roots helps navigate the process of finding that perfect venue and sourcing a talented team of vendors for her clients.
She and her husband have two boys they're raising around close family and friends with family gatherings as often as possible! She finds joy in working with special needs children, listening to live music and visiting art galleries and museums. |
