Showering Xavier Greyson!

Recently, we had an "April Shower" for a dear friend to welcome her sweet baby boy! We settled in the SEAD Gallery in Downtown Bryan for a few hours and relaxed with the Honoree's friends + family for the fun festivities.

The great thing about an art gallery as a venue for a celebration is that the design is already existing. You can simply play off of what is there and fill in the blanks a bit. In our case, the watercolor paintings were in exibit {THANKFULLY!} and we mimicked that theme with watercolor cakes from Sandee's Sweets, fun multi-color linens from Details Party Rental and used the Honoree's love for children's books as the centerpieces with some soft florals mixed in with green + blue hued vases. Pops of gold rounded out the design and we love the result!
