There was a beautiful shower this weekend for my little sister, Megan + niece, Logan Joy. Megan glows with anticipation of LJ's arrival and we are so very excited that she will be here soon! Having a home shower allowed a very relaxed feel. Ladies came in, they mingled, we made our way through the yummy food provided by Megan's Aunt Sharon and some from Market Street - who also did the cake that we all enjoyed as Meg opened TONS of gifts!
Here are a couple of iPhone shots of the decor. We pulled items from Logan's nursery to tie in her colors and "theme." In doing so, you can give guests an idea of what the nursery decor will be like and also save money by using elements that you already have. We even used the shower invitation created by Emmy Jo's Parties in a matted frame for guests to sign in on; this will be displayed in LJ's nursery! Baby showers can become very personal when you mirror the look of the nursery. We love the way it turned out!
