tips and ideas for productive planning
A few years ago, we were searching for an online tool that would help our clients plan better for their wedding days. We wanted something that would allow us to track all of our weddings+events in one place and also give access to our clients so that they could see their wedding or event on their end and plan using the same tool. We found Wedding Workbook and it was our first experience with an online planning platform. We offered it as a complementary feature to our wedding planning collections to help ease the planning process for our clients. Recently, Wedding Workbook was replaced by Planning Pod and we are thrilled with the change! We have become really excited with the features we can offer our clients using this tool as well as continuing to have one "home base" platform for all of us as the consultants to log in to and see where each of our events are in the planning process at any time. We use this feature for daily tasks, keeping meetings and event dates on the calendar and a ton of other things. Here's what our clients see when they log in on their side... As you can see, there are a host of tools available to a planning bride, groom or anyone planning an All Things Planned event. Included are features like budget tracking, calendar events, checklists, event notes, a custom wedding or event website, online file keeping, guest list tracking, image gallery, itinerary creation, notes + message boards, todo tracking, and the all new floorplan creation feature. The best part is, we can see your pod on our end so that we know where you are in the planning process if you are doing your own wedding planning and we are simply coordinating and, for our full-service planning clients, they can log in at anytime and see our progress on planning their big day! We are excited continue offering a great tool to our clients and to use Planning Pod for upcoming 2014-2015 weddings!
