Yesterday was our cookies+cocoa party for my kiddos + nieces + nephews and it was such fun! They were invited with this invitation from Tiny Prints and I framed the cute invitation to use as part of the cocoa bar decor! Other printables, including the tags for the cocoa bar items, were pulled from Mountain Modern and framed for the bar!
I used a small white wooden table {that I use often for events} as the base for the cocoa bar, draped a festive plaid throw blanket over one side for some texture and color, and then filled the table a $4 pack of leather leaf greenery I picked up at Kroger and a tiny Christmas tree from Dollar General {it was only $1.50!}. Wooden boxes, crates and a large wood slice added some levels of height variation which is always important to keep things interesting in a display! A string of 50 white Christmas lights added some twinkle and, of course, Fiesta dishware added some great pops of color! The cocoa bar menu included: homemade cocoa, marshmallows, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, candy canes, cinnamon sprinkles. It. Was. Delicious! Cookie decorating commenced as we sipped our cocoa and a great time was had by all!
