One of our absolute favorite venues in all of Texas is Deep in the Heart Farms. We had the honor of coordinating Morgan+Austin's wedding when they were married in College Station before Deep in the Heart was built and being able to work with them at their own venue time and time again is a joy. Since it is a family run business, they take great pride and care of their couples, their families, guests and vendors. Deep in the Heart Farms weddings feature beautiful rolling hills, the gorgeous chapel and reception spaces to the bridal and groom suites {they even have a space for grandparents to hang out!}. It is all so thoughtful and intentional; and that is exactly how they treat all of the folks who come in and out of the space. With thoughtfulness and intention. It was no different on June 14 when we were there to celebrate Ibby+Jake. The ladies were getting primped in the gorgeous bridal suite while the guys did a little skeet shooting and then hanging in the groom's suite. All while vendors were busy setting the scene for their guests to enjoy later that day. Here's how it all went....

A bright and cheerful College Station wedding celebration was had for Thannya+Justin in late May at the gorgeous TAMU Hotel & Conference Center. With a rooftop ceremony with Kyle Field views in Aggieland followed by a ballroom reception with THE best meal you can imagine - it was absolutely magical! Allowing guests to stay onsite and simply walk to their rooms after the festivities was one of the most thoughtful parts of the celebration. We love Bryan, College Station weddings at hotels because it allows for convenience and for guests to really kick back and enjoy it all with no need to drive when it's all over. We are thrilled to have celebrated these two with their closest family + friends. With a guest count of 80 guests, they were able to visit with each one and really enjoy the day. Truly, that's what it's all about...
Spring weddings have my heart! Especially this one we planned, designed and coordinated for Amanda+Taylor last spring at the beautiful Homestead wedding venue in Willis. This space was the perfect backdrop for their regal soiree! From the colors to the floral design; we adore every inch of this wedding and wish the newlyweds all the best as they travel the world together in love....
Sharing a few teasers from a most magical summer day with Grace+Connor. Their St. Mary's Catholic Church wedding mass started in the early afternoon which allowed guests to take a break, head back to their hotel and relax before the wedding reception at the lovely Camp Hosea in Anderson. Their vision for the celebration was a classic, white wedding with thoughtful details a delicious meal and entertainment for their favorite people. This was our first wedding at the new Camp Hosea in Anderson and it did not disappoint! Camp Hosea allowed their out-of-town guests to see the beauty of our beloved Central Texas on their way to the venue and to be greeted by cows, horses and other wildlife as they entered the venue gates. The venue was set with crisp whites to accent the black ceilings and brick accents and, of course, the iconic window wall at Camp Hosea. We absolutely love the WILSONS!!! Amy is the best! My husband and I got the partial wedding planning package which was awesome because I got to plan all the vendors while Amy coordinated everything and gave recommendations. She took care of absolutely everything on the wedding day, and I have no idea if anything went wrong because Amy handled it all! Could not recommend more!
We love working with past clients and for this event, we were thrilled to get the call to help plan a 60th birthday bash for Brad! We planned Rosie+Zak's wedding at their family ranch near Caldwell in 2017 so we knew this event would be extraordinary! Brad's family wanted to host a celebration that would honor all the wonderful people in his life and career. Folks traveled from all over the USA and even from Korea to celebrate the occasion. They were greeted with southern hospitality, "Damn Goode Margaritas," Texas BBQ and onsite cooked steaks from Houston's legendary Goode & Co. Brad collects and restores old cars so we thought it would be special to bring that in and make it part of the fun. Custom stationery was created locally by Birdie Mae Designs to mimic his cars - we kept that theme throughout and it was super fun and festive. The blue car below is the inspiration for all the custom day-of-pieces such as stadium cups and cute reusable favor bags! As you'll see, Brad isn't old, he's vintage!
