ATP is looking for part-time Wedding Coordinators available on weekends starting in July 2018! This paid, part-time position is perfect for someone interested in serving in the wedding + event industry here in Bryan/College Station!
Here is a little more info: All Things Planned celebrated eight years of business in April and we have planned and coordinated hundreds of beautiful weddings + events in that time. We open up this opportunity to coordinate for our growing firm and seek highly-motivated, hard-working individuals to fill these positions.
Wedding days are generally 8-10 hours and include following a pre-arranged timeline, attending to the couples' needs, managing the bridal party as well as immediate family, communicating with vendors and supervising the flow of the day overall. ATP Coordinators must be able to manage at least four wedding days + ceremony rehearsals per month {typically falling on weekends} in College Station. Our Coordinators must also be able to assist in setups for each wedding which generally fall on Thursday - Sunday mornings. The part-time Wedding Coordinators will alternate every other weekend working two weddings for their scheduled weekends followed by a weekend off, each month. A complete listing of those wedding dates will be sent to those who are genuinely interested in the position.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who:

Has a can-do attitude and is willing to work hard to get the job done.
Is capable of lifting tables, chairs and other somewhat heavy items that must be moved around.
Is responsible, timely, and can work independently and effectively.
Cares tremendously about attention to detail.
