Tuesday Tip: Bellybutton, Not Boobs!

We're going to get really technical on this Tuesday Tip as this is something we see all too often in wedding photos around the blogosheere, and that is, brides and maids holding their bouquets too high!  I know it sounds silly and is incredibly nit-picky but, well, that's our job!

Holding a bridal bouquet down low allows for your guest to see the dress that you spent days, weeks, or maybe even months searching for!  If you have it high in front of you, all that is seen is your bouquet.  The idea is to keep that beautiful bouquet down low, so that guests can see you, your face and your dress!!! Our bride, Jordan, has done it beautifully in the above photo!

Check out the left image below.  Our sweet little maid of honor pictured on the right is holding those {heavy} bouquets at her boobs and, unfortunately, we can't see her dress.  Look at the maids to the left in the photo, bouquets down low and, behold - you can see those dresses!

So, when we send you and your girls down the aisle for the ceremony processional, don't be alarmed when we say, "hold your bouquet down low; at your bellybutton, not your boobs!"
